The Principles of Real Estate classes are offered several times throughout the year.  What is offered here is the complete course containing 11 modules. Two options are available:

1) without the required books ($180.00)

2) including all the required books ($250.00)

The classes are designed to prepare the student for the Maryland Real Estate Licensing Exam, which is given at the end of the series. Successful completion of the exam permits the student to become a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and makes them eligible to become a REALTOR® member of the Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS®.
